You May Apply for Membership As A Colonel In the CAF

The only requisite for CAF membership is a sincere interest in the preservation of WWII combat aircraft and the stories they tell. You must be 18 years or older, but you need not be a military veteran. The CAF is made up of men and women from all walks of life, from all trades and professions, from all 50 states and many foreign countries. Each candidate, when accepted, is commissioned in the grade of Colonel.

  • Ways and means

As you can see, you do not have to be a pilot to be a member of the Cleveland Wing of the Commemorative Air Force. We have many varieties and levels of experience utilized in this Wing. Come and join us in the fun of the great, world wide organization of the Commemorative Air Force. C.A.F. membership dues are $160 per year, with a one time application fee of $40. Cleveland Wing dues are an additional $60 per year.
